Ava will assist organizations to develop effective loss prevention plans. As part of the process our consultants will visit the client’s facilities and ensure they understand the existing distribution and loss prevention policies and procedures, assess the possible opportunities and reasons for existing or potential future losses and audit the existing security plans with the electronic security equipment.

The loss prevention plan will include the upgrade or development of policies and procedures, loss prevention plans, stock security, secured distribution and advice on the security provider efficiencies and the standard of the security equipment.

With Ava’s advance security technology capability we will advise on facility perimeter protection, access control, CCTV and alarm systems. If required Ava can supply and install this equipment or assess the potential vendors or service providers.

Ava Risk Consulting, with the support from the our Global Risk and Logistics team, offers expert advice to clients to secure their high value assets during the entire supply chain, including whilst in storage or during transport via commercial or chartered air and sea freight.

As part of the service we perform risk and threat assessments to recommend secured transportation methods and safe routes. We also assess vaults and other storage facilities to ensure they are well secured and meet the minimum insurance requirements.

Our consultants visit new development or well established sites, assess the risks and threats and develop site security plans and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs). This will include but is not limited to procedures to ensure tight access control, safekeeping and prevention of stock and other assets losses, emergency and evacuation procedures, patrol duties and security reporting procedures and documents.

If requested our team will provide security awareness training to the clients staff and train the security team on all plans and SOP’s.

Ava Risk Consulting, in collaboration with our strategic partners, provides blast protection advice with consultants from a construction design background and with significant experience in blast development and installation projects, mostly in hostile environments, all over the globe.
